The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has jurisdiction of some federal employee claims for disability annuity retirement. It has the jurisdiction to determine employee appeals of some federal employee’s claims for disability annuity benefits. This may include a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ).
